Navid Afgah (born on November 20, 1349) is a Tembek musician and music researcher from Iran.

Navid Ofeke was born on November 20, 1349 in Shiraz. He started learning the Tembak instrument in 1362 at the Music Preservation and Dissemination Center with Mahmoud Farahmand and benefited from his experiences during different periods.

 

 

Navid Ofeke has collaborated with various groups such as: Soroush, Payor, Dalaho, Aineh and Meshya, Aref Group, etc. in domestic and foreign concerts. He is also familiar with playing stringed and three-stringed instruments.

He also took harmony, counterpoint and orchestration courses with Cambys Roshanrovan. In 1379, he released his first music album in Iran and a year later in France. He has designed three samples of tambak with different sounding and performance techniques. He is also the director of Daruk Music School in Shiraz, where he is engaged in research and teaching.

 

 

 

 

 

 

In March 2017, the commemoration ceremony of Navid Ofgeh along with the unveiling of his Sardis was held at the Department of Culture and Islamic Guidance in Niriz.
